All projects are validated previously by the team of Kifund **
Kifund offers a space for your project, a blog to update your progress, a space for conversation with your patrons and those who still are not, the opportunity to network and build community
Your project in a trilingual platform (english, spanish, catalan)
You will have a maximum of 90 days to get the funding you need
Only if you get 100% of your funding goal Kifund will charge a 5% commission on the total

how does it work?

From the sum of different individual monetary contributions it tries to get the total target that a projects needs to be developed, or to cover the costs of a part, in a period of time determined by the creator that may not exceed 90 days.
In return, creators offer exclusive rewards to patrons (kifunders) such as dvd, shirts, visits to sets, VIP tickets, attendance to unique events...
Although it is a collective funding the creator always keeps the total copyright.

What do you need?

1 Your details

You must register in KIFUND. Fill in your name, email, your website, your facebook, your twitter ...
Write a short biography to know you better.
Upload a photo, it's your picture and talks about you.

2 Project data

Project Title
What is it: feature film, short film, teaser, webseries, festival, publication, BSO, etc.
Detailed description (here you can explain everything that you feel is necessary, as the synopsis, in which phase is the project, why do you want to do it, about the cast, etc)
Web / blog of the project
Photos / video presentation, trailer ... (aditional material)
What motivates you to carry out the project
Why supporting you (to your potential patrons)

3 The objectives

How much money do you need
In how many days do you want to achieve the goal (remember a maximum of 90 days)
For what are you going to use the money
How will you spread the project to get patrons
Other funding sources
When the project will be made
Which rewards are you going to give to your patrons (kifunders)

In a maximum of 7 days we will contact you. We may require further details or may need to clarify some concepts. We will offer you advice and we'll polish up some aspects, if necessary, to hit your target.
